ALCEST / LES DISCRETS: New sound samples available - 2010/03/08

It's rarely that new Prophecy releases are anticipated so fervently like the new album by Alcest, "Écailles De Lune," and Les Discrets' debut, "Septembre Et Ses Dernières Pensées." The split EP of both artists released at the end of 2009 gave a foretaste of both albums, and as of today, there is one song from each record available as sound clip. We're convinced: Alcest and Les Discrets easily live up to all expectations!

The successor of ALCEST's highly acclaimed debut album "Souvenirs D'un Autre Monde" will be entitled "Écailles De Lune", and the release is scheduled for March 29, 2010. Its cover artwork (see left) is definitely one of the most beautiful we have ever seen, and thus we are very proud to unveil it.

NEGURA BUNGET: "Maiestrit" release date, tracklist and formats revealed - 2010/01/13

"Maiestrit", the magical and passionate re-interpretation of NEGURA BUNGET's classic album "Maiastru Sfetnic" from 2000, will be released by Lupus Lounge / Prophecy on March 15, 2010. This record contains the last studio recordings of the classic NEGURA BUNGET line-up (Hupogrammos, Sol Faur, Negru). The album will be complemented by previously unreleased acoustic versions of 'A-vint In Abis' and 'Plecaciunea Mortii'.

DORDEDUH sign with Lupus Lounge / Prophecy - 2009/12/07

We are proud to announce that Dordeduh, the new band of the former Negura Bunget core members Hupogrammos and Sol Faur has signed a long-term contract with Lupus Lounge / Prophecy. Hupogrammos explains the philosophy behind the band: "Dordeduh aims to link the two words 'dor' (engl.: yearning for something, missing something) and 'duh' (engl.: spirit) to the significant values that make us humans, melting together the soul and the spirit. The way one aligns one's experiences with one's own soul, the way one relates to the Universe, the way one perceives and integrates, through Intention, the perpetually flowing Transcendence, that is what defines different levels of humanity in a person, that is what makes one Human."
Musically, Dordeduh will follow the path opened by Negura Bunget, but the musical act will open new perspectives as they will experiment with a new way of approaching black metal as well as using traditional instruments. Hupogrammos: "It is normal for musicians to evolve and develop with every album released, but our goal is to push forward this natural development and to make Dordeduh distinguishable from our musical past." The first material released by Lupus Lounge / Prophecy will be a 7" EP with two songs stylistically quite different from each other, but both capable to provide an idea as to how the first Dordeduh first album (due to be released later in 2010) will sound like.

Attention, all fans of The Vision Bleak! On January 2nd, 2010, from 06:30 – 09:00 pm, there will be an official pre-listening of The Vision Bleak's fourth album "Set Sail To Mystery" in Berlin's Access Bar (Greifswalder Str. 33, 10405 Berlin). The musicians will be present for this event to answer the questions of their fans. On top of it, every fan will get a small, exclusive TVB gimmick for free. As the Access Bar has limited capacities, we ask you to arrive on time. Admittance only as long as there is enough room!
